The 2010 kites see some significant changes for us in the history of Griffin Kiteboarding.

Improvements include: 

• Tejin canopy cloth - lighter, less stretch and higher performance
• Optimised bridle design
• improved bar feel, turning and wind rage,
• Optimised leading edge for even more top end,
• Simple 3 point adjustment system on the kite -
• adjust power/depower, turning speed and bar pressure to suit all styles and levels of riding,
• Dacron trailing edge -
• increased curve from strut to strut reinforced with dacron and tensioned for stealthy turning and kite loops.
• Clean and Clear Graphics,
• Reduced paneling - cleaner look, Easy inflate / deflate on LE with ball valves + Single Point Inflation.
• Triple reinforced and widened valve seals for increased durability at all temperatures.
• Turning adjustments points now have pigtails for quick adjustment / change over,
• Faster turning speeds - adjustable to slower for beginners,
• Power / De-power setting can increase / decrease 'grunt'/power/depower
• Designer and test riders report 20 - 30 % better performance / feel  from 2009 to 2010 Griffin Kites
• Of course adding all these extra things and improving the material quality has increased our prices a little The main increase is due to using the lighter, more durable, higher performance Teijin canopy material but the extra cost is worth it in regards to the better look, feel and long term performance of the kite.
